At RoamAU, we’re committed to quality. Most products on our site come with a 12-month standard warranty, unless otherwise stated. Some products may include extended warranties, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not apply to the following:

How to Make a Warranty Claim
To lodge a claim, please use our Contact Form and include the following:
-Your RoamAU Order ID
-A description of the issue
-Photos of any missing parts or packaging
-Clear images or video showing the fault
Make sure your files are clear and in standard formats (e.g. JPG, PNG, MP4) to help us assess quickly.
Avoid Payment Disputes
Please do not raise a PayPal or card dispute — this can slow down your claim. Contacting our support team directly will result in faster, more efficient service.
