Return & Refund Policy
We want you to shop with confidence at RoamAU. That’s why we aim to make returns and refunds as clear and fair as possible. Please read below to understand your options.
Change of Mind Returns:
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. In most cases, we accept return requests if:
-The request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.
-The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
-You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
Exceptions – not eligible for change of mind returns:
-Health and personal care items
-Bulk or high-volume orders
-Products that have been opened or used
-Items marked “Final Sale” or clearance
-Items returned due to incorrect delivery details provided at checkout

Please do not send back any items without prior confirmation. Items returned without approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately with supporting photos or videos. We’ll review your claim and resolve it as quickly as possible, including offering:
-A replacement (where available)
-A refund
-Or return instructions (if required for inspection)
Returns Process:
If your return is approved:
-We will provide a return shipping label and return instructions.
-A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
-Return shipping costs may also be deducted if the return is due to change of mind.
-Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
Refunds:
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please reach out via our Contact Form.
Exchanges:
Need something different? The fastest way is to place a new order after your return is accepted. We do not offer direct exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns on:
-Opened or used products
-Items marked as non-returnable or clearance
-Health & safety items (e.g., water purifiers, personal gear)
-Gift cards or promotional items
