If you wish to delete the information associated with your use of our services or your Facebook login, please follow the instructions below:
How to Request Data Deletion

Email us: Send a request to info@roamau.com.au with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

Include your details: Please provide your full name, the email address linked to your account or order, and any relevant information to help us identify your data.

Processing time: Once we receive your request, we will review it and permanently delete your personal data from our systems within 10 business days (except where retention is required by law).

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

If you placed an order, certain information (like tax invoices) may need to be retained for compliance with Australian legal and tax requirements.

Other data not required by law will be permanently deleted.
